We are an adult oriented Bed & Breakfast and are unable to accommodate children under 10 years of age.

No smoking.

No pets.

Must be 21+ to book a room.

Any damage to the home, contents or property will be charged to guest responsible.

Lots of parking on premises for car, truck, trailer for toys, etc.

As we are a bed & breakfast it's obvious we love to share space within our home.  It is our home and there are parts of it we do keep to ourselves, including the kitchen.  We are not an "entire place" rental like you might find on AirBnB.

If you need to cancel a reservation up to 5 days before check-in, let us know and we will provide a full refund (less a 5% administration fee to cover payment processor fees). Refunds will be processed via email transfer.
